What Can Be Returned
A quick check so your return is approved without delay.
Eligible for Return
- Unworn, in original condition with all tags intact
- Returned in the original Alankar box and pouch
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the order number or invoice
- Item received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Not Eligible
- Worn, used, or altered pieces
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items
- Earrings & nose pins (hygiene reasons), unless faulty
- Items marked Final Sale or clearance
- Requests made after the 7-day window
How to Return or Exchange
Four steps, and we handle the rest.
Raise a Request
Email or WhatsApp us with your order number within 7 days of delivery, telling us what you'd like to return or exchange.
We Approve
Our team confirms eligibility within 24–48 hours and arranges a free pickup, or shares a simple return address.
Pack & Hand Over
Place the piece back in its original box and pouch with the invoice, and hand it to our courier at pickup.
Refund or Swap
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued or your exchange is dispatched right away.

Size or Style Exchange
Prefer a different size or piece? We're happy to exchange eligible items once — simply tell us at the request stage. If there's a price difference we'll send a quick payment link or refund the balance. First exchange shipping is on us.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
In the rare case a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, let us know within 48 hours with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including all shipping.
A note on fashion jewellery
As our pieces are crafted in zinc alloy with a fine gold-tone plating, slight variations in shade or finish between items are natural and not considered defects. Please open and check your order soon after delivery so any genuine issue can be raised within the return window. Questions first? Contact our atelier.
